1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service define the rules for using the Record-it service (record-it.eu), which enables recording and analysis of website user sessions. The service provider is DjWeb Damian Jóźwiak, Bolesława Limanowskiego 107/21, 91-334 Łódź, Poland, Tax ID (NIP): 7262640201, REGON: 368000615. By using the service, you accept the provisions of these Terms.

2. Definitions

Service - the Record-it platform available at record-it.eu. User - a natural or legal person using the Service. Functionality - features offered by the Service, including session recording, heatmaps, conversion funnels, and analytics. Subscription - paid access to Service features under the selected plan.

3. Rules for Using the Recording Service

The User installing the recording script on their website agrees to:

• Inform users of their website about session recording in the privacy policy and/or via a cookie banner
• Obtain legally required consent for recording (if required by GDPR/ePrivacy)
• Not infringe on the rights of third parties, including copyrights and privacy rights
• Use the Service in accordance with applicable law, particularly data protection regulations
• Not take actions that could disrupt the operation of the Service or other users

4. Registration and Account

Using the full functionality of the Service requires creating an account. The User agrees to provide accurate data and secure access to their account. The account owner is responsible for all actions performed from their account. The User can delete their account at any time, which results in the deletion of all associated data.

Domain Verification and Protection

To prevent abuse and multiple use of trial periods, information about used domains is retained. To reuse the same domain from a different account, please contact us at contact@record-it.eu. Adding a domain requires verification by its owner - a special verification file must be placed in the main public folder of the website.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

The Service offers paid plans and a free tier. Details about prices and features are available on the pricing page.

• Subscriptions are billed cyclically - monthly or annually, depending on the selected plan
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We accept credit cards and bank transfers
• The subscription renews automatically at the end of the billing period
• You can cancel your subscription at any time - access remains active until the end of the paid period
• Prices are listed in EUR/PLN. VAT is added according to applicable regulations

6. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We make every effort to ensure its reliability and data security, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the Service by the User, particularly for the User's violation of the obligation to inform users of their websites about recording.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service. We will inform Users of significant changes by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means their acceptance.
