3. User Session Recording
The main functionality of the Record-it service is recording user sessions on our clients' websites. As part of this service, we collect:
- Mouse movements, clicks, and interactions with page elements
- Page scroll depth
- IP address, browser type, operating system, and screen resolution
- Visited pages and time spent on site
- Recording data is stored for the period specified in the subscription plan (from 7 to 365 days) and automatically deleted after this period.
4. Purpose of Data Processing
We process your data for the following purposes:
- Service provision - implementation of service functionality, recording and session analysis
- Communication - answering questions and informing about changes
- Payment processing - subscription management and invoicing
- Security - protection against abuse and spam
