3. User Session Recording

The main functionality of the Record-it service is recording user sessions on our clients' websites. As part of this service, we collect:

  • Mouse movements, clicks, and interactions with page elements
  • Page scroll depth
  • IP address, browser type, operating system, and screen resolution
  • Visited pages and time spent on site
  • Recording data is stored for the period specified in the subscription plan (from 7 to 365 days) and automatically deleted after this period.

4. Purpose of Data Processing

We process your data for the following purposes:

  • Service provision - implementation of service functionality, recording and session analysis
  • Communication - answering questions and informing about changes
  • Payment processing - subscription management and invoicing
  • Security - protection against abuse and spam

We use services from: Stripe (payment processing), OVH (hosting - servers located in Warsaw, Poland). All data is stored within the European Union and is not transferred outside the EEA.
